True, true! We are stressed because we have little control over our lives. Do we want to work long hours for somebody’s else profit and have little life for ourselves? But we can’t avoid it in the world where the market or rather the corporations rule. We need to be productive to survive and stressed to do so to the limit. May be it is a kind of natural selection for the fittest to survive or the world will change its ways?

What a clear and encouraging message from Doctor Mark.I want to join the crew who help stem the impending tsunami of illness. I have both the UltraMind Solution and the UltraSimple Diet books and am preparing for a journey to wellness. I had a realization that I have never, in my whole life, been well. I wonder what it will be like to be well. I think I have enough strength left after decades of self neglect to complete the journey. Thank you so much Doctor Hyman and your team. ,,,Lily
