stupid stupid stupid very very STUPID STUPID STUPID girl?
I bet you dont eat food like that this is your real top 10 food you stupid girl.

    10- alcahol
    9 – macdonalds
    8 – pasteries
    7 -pizza
    6 – popcorn
    5 – fizzydrink
    4 -juices
    3 – biscuits
    2 – icecream
    1 – chocolate

You are not healthy, you probaly take supplement and claim you are healthy

  4. powerfull705 says:

@Jsilks22 Yeah i agree with you, i only drink tap water, why pay when its free.
And besides i only drink water and green tea, sometimes black coffee with no sugar & sometimes skimmed milk, as it still has fat, scary.
I drink protien powder, or mix fruit smoothies.
I dont drink juices, fizzy drink, alcahol, i hate sugar, i only get natrual sweetness.
Another thing this girl is talking about expensive food, it does not matter if you are rich or poor, you dont need to spend alot like that

  5. powerfull705 says:

why do you think all the bodybuilders talk about geting rid of the yolks, i have 8-9 eggs a day and take the yolks out, because it will not grow the muscles, yes it will have alot of protien but if the yolks stay the fat will cover it and in that way i am not gaining any muscles, so it is important to take the yolk out, listen to all the bodybuilders on youtube videos about the eggs.
They will tell you the yolk is soos ssooo bad??

  6. powerfull705 says:

    @mdlamay.
the food she is talking about is good for you, but for any bodybuilder has to take foods that are high in protiens and carbs, where she talks about the yolk is good for you and rich in vitamin is true, but it contains alot of fat which is no good for bodybuilder, besides we get our vitamins from fruits or veg, and we dont eat food that contains flavour, so it proves a bodybuilder is more healthy than an average healthy person.

  7. JelloLife says:

Sodium is SALT, been proven it’s not good for you. And wild or Alaskin salmon is good for you it has omega fatty acids which you need. You’re an asshole and if you don’t like it then you can eat all the chips and donuts you want.

  15. LZKS says:

Sodium is electrolyte. You told ppl NOT to get too much sodium. Salmon is not very healthy, mackerel is. It’s just Americans dun like mackerel fish smell. Farm-raised ones cause inflammation? Wow. Learn the word, prostaglandins and start talking. And damn idiots always saying “natural” is best. “genetically engineered, farm raised” not good. Um. Yea. Keep wasting your money.

  16. AustinKay says:

funny that she put egg’s in the top 10 best, and some of the other things in the top 10 worst. Egg’s have like 150-200mg’s of cholesterol each, and the recommended daily intake of cholesterol is 400mg, mostly in the yolk I think

  17. naxrox says:

The most nutritious food for natalie is my cum.

  18. phishhead11 says:

The video is ‘Dressed to Kill’, a stand-up routine by Eddie Izzard

  19. CanadiaNecro1 says:

In no particular order: seaweed, avocado, pomegranite, kale, peanuts, red wine, green tea, steelcut oats, oysters, salmon.
Eggs, meat, and dairy offer nothing you can’t get from these items and they give you too much protein and cholesterol.

  20. canuckman87 says:
